Currently, I am working on preparing contracts and employment-related documents for temporary and directly employed staff. Accuracy and speed are required, but I find it rewarding to be able to support employees so that they can work in Japan with peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What made you decide to join the company?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I had worked in human resources and labor-related fields for four years in my previous job, so I was looking for a workplace where I could make use of that experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the interview, I got a strong sense from the president and other company members that they value each and every employee, and I decided to join the company because I felt that I could use my experience and grow with peace of mind. This feeling hasn't changed since I started working here, and I work every day with a sense of fulfillment.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Document preparation may seem mundane at first glance, but by enforcing correct contracts and procedures, it plays an important role in protecting employees and the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, I feel a sense of responsibility in my daily work, and I find it rewarding to know that my work contributes to the peace of mind of the company and its employees.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What would you like to challenge yourself with in the future?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I would like to further utilize my experience to date to create a more efficient document creation system and work on improving internal operations. I would like to think of ways to make daily work go more smoothly and connect this to a more comfortable working environment for the entire team.<\/p>\n<\/div>

This is a very rewarding workplace for those who are willing to take on challenges and face their work head on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
