Due to the increase in existing customers, two patterns can be selected.
(A) Sales position in a human resources business specializing in the agricultural field
We visit agricultural producers, agricultural material manufacturers, agricultural IoT ventures, and other agricultural-related companies to understand their hiring needs.
In addition to making appointments and visiting clients, we have clients all over the country, so we need the skills to conduct closings just over the phone.
Currently, most of our sales are related to foreign national human resources.

(B) Assignment of foreign human resources in Japan and overseas
This will be a supporting role for Pattern A sales. Up until now, all work has been carried out by sales staff in Pattern A, but as the number of existing customers increases, we are proceeding with the division of labor.
Your main job will be to increase the satisfaction level of existing customers, rather than acquiring new business.
Specific job details
- Staffing in company cars, rental cars, and public transportation
- Support for opening accounts at city hall (transfer/transfer notifications) and financial institutions
- Regular interviews with existing customers
- Make a sales appointment to connect with the sales person in Pattern A
