Since our establishment in 2005, we have been dedicated to providing solutions to the challenges facing the agricultural industry.
Today, we specialize in offering comprehensive staffing services for the agriculture sector, focusing on the recruitment and placement of foreign talent. Our services include job placement, temporary staffing, and registration support.
In recent years, the decline of over one million agricultural workers in Japan over the past two decades has been widely recognized as a serious issue.
At the same time, however, the number of employed workers in the sector has nearly doubled, increasing by approximately 270,000 during the same period.
Moreover, the number of large-scale farming operations has more than doubled over the past 15 years, indicating a clear shift in the industry from small-scale to large-scale agriculture.
As this transition continues, we anticipate a growing demand for skilled labor in the agricultural sector.
