About the application
I have no knowledge of agriculture, but can I still apply?
- Don't worry. You can apply even if you don't have specialized knowledge of agriculture. We will support you with the necessary work after you join the company.
Can foreign nationals apply?
- Applications are welcome regardless of nationality. However, you will need a visa to work, and you must be able to work in Japanese for all positions.
About the selection process
Tell me about the selection process.
- The selection process will be as follows: application → document screening → interview (2 times) → job offer. The number of interviews may vary depending on the case.
Do you hire new graduates?
- We do not have a "new graduate quota" but welcome applications from new graduates. Regardless of age or background, we hire a wide range of people who share our philosophy and work.
Are there any written tests?
- There is no written test for everyone.
Please tell me how long the interview will take
- The interview will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes. If the interview time needs to be extended, the recruiting staff will notify you in advance.
Is it possible to have an online interview?
- The first interview can be conducted online. If you wish to do so, please let our recruiting staff know after applying. However, if you wish to be offered a position, you will need to visit our office at least once.
I live far away, can I still interview?
- Those who live far away can also participate in the interview without any problems. Our recruitment staff will guide you on how to arrange the date and procedure.
Is it possible to have an interview on weekends or holidays?
- We apologize, but interviews are only held on weekdays.

- Interviews will be conducted at Life Lab's headquarters (Toranomon Towers Office, 19th floor) or online. For details, please check the email sent by the recruiter.

Are there any dress code or items to bring to an interview?
- Please come dressed casually. Interviewers will also be dressed casually. There is no need to bring anything special, but you may bring writing implements to take notes.
Is there a set start date?
- There are no restrictions on the start date, but if possible, we ask that you start on the first business day of the month.
