My job is to provide follow-up support for Vietnamese nationals residing in Japan, including interpreting support and interpreting support with sending organizations in Vietnam.
This is a very rewarding job as I play an important role in bridging Japan and Vietnam.
You will also be able to interact with the sending agency in Vietnam, so you will be able to experience the Vietnamese atmosphere on a regular basis.
Specific job details
- Interpretation services (TEL/Web/dispatch staff/employed farmers)
- Training services (Japanese language, laws and regulations necessary in Japan, and other general aspects of daily life)

Human resources required
High school graduate or above / No experience required
- Vietnamese (required)
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level or higher (welcome)
- Ordinary car license in Japan (welcome)

- Experience at a registration support organization
- Experience in dealing with Vietnamese people at a cooperative (management organization)
- Experience at a sending agency in Vietnam
- Management/interpretation experience at a host company
- Experience related to foreign resident status
