■Start with simple tasks
Initially, as an assistant to a senior employee, you will be entrusted with simple tasks such as checking internet banking, managing accounts receivable and payable using accounting software (Kankabugyo), processing journal entries and slips, and issuing invoices.
Additionally, depending on the situation, you may also be responsible for supporting payroll calculations, administering health checkups, and managing mail and equipment.

We will teach you the work in OJT format. This job will involve assisting Salesperson A with sales. Until now, all of the work has been handled by Salesperson A's sales staff, but with the increase in existing customers, we are moving towards division of labor.
Your main job will be to increase the satisfaction level of existing customers, rather than acquiring new business.
We visit agricultural producers, agricultural material manufacturers, agricultural IoT ventures, and other agricultural-related companies to understand their hiring needs.
In addition to making appointments and visiting clients, we have clients all over the country, so we need the skills to conduct closings just over the phone.
Currently, most of our sales are related to foreign national human resources.
