You will be responsible for accounting duties such as checking online banking and issuing invoices.
■Start with simple tasks
Initially, as an assistant to a senior employee, you will be entrusted with simple tasks such as checking internet banking, managing accounts receivable and payable using accounting software (Kankabugyo), processing journal entries and slips, and issuing invoices.
Additionally, depending on the situation, you may also be responsible for supporting payroll calculations, administering health checkups, and managing mail and equipment.
■Eventually, I will take on a wide range of tasks!
As you gradually gain experience, you can be involved in a wide range of accounting tasks in the future. You can also try your hand at budget management and business planning, so I think you can broaden your horizons as an accountant.
<Procedure after joining>
We will teach you the work in OJT format. The person you will be working with is a senior with a wealth of experience who has been responsible for a variety of back-office tasks such as accounting and legal affairs at listed companies and venture companies. We will provide full support for anything you don't understand or are worried about, so please feel free to join us!
