This job involves providing follow-up support, such as interpreting support for Indonesians residing in Japan and providing interpreting support with sending agencies in Indonesia.

You will be responsible for the sales office work that supports the sales department! No special skills are required as long as you work carefully and without mistakes.

<Procedure after joining>
After joining the company, we provide on-the-job training. Please rest assured that we will not entrust you with any work suddenly.
The basic flow is ``first look at it, then try it together, then try it on your own.''
We will carefully follow up with you until you can do it by yourself without any worries.
There is no problem as long as you start by handling the task at hand carefully.
You will be responsible for accounting duties such as checking online banking and issuing invoices.
■Start with simple tasks
Initially, as an assistant to a senior employee, you will be entrusted with simple tasks such as checking internet banking, managing accounts receivable and payable using accounting software (Kankabugyo), processing journal entries and slips, and issuing invoices.
Additionally, depending on the situation, you may also be responsible for supporting payroll calculations, administering health checkups, and managing mail and equipment.
■Eventually, I will take on a wide range of tasks!
As you gradually gain experience, you can be involved in a wide range of accounting tasks in the future. You can also try your hand at budget management and business planning, so I think you can broaden your horizons as an accountant.
<Procedure after joining>
We will teach you the work in OJT format. The person you will be working with is a senior with a wealth of experience who has been responsible for a variety of back-office tasks such as accounting and legal affairs at listed companies and venture companies. We will provide full support for anything you don't understand or are worried about, so please feel free to join us!
This job will involve assisting Salesperson A with sales. Until now, all of the work has been handled by Salesperson A's sales staff, but with the increase in existing customers, we are moving towards division of labor.
Your main job will be to increase the satisfaction level of existing customers, rather than acquiring new business.
We visit agricultural producers, agricultural material manufacturers, agricultural IoT ventures, and other agricultural-related companies to understand their hiring needs.
In addition to making appointments and visiting clients, we have clients all over the country, so we need the skills to conduct closings just over the phone.
Currently, most of our sales are related to foreign national human resources.
