Please tell me about your job
We provide support in a variety of areas to support the lives and work of foreign nationals.
For example, we accompany people to various procedures at city hall and banks, helping them to live with peace of mind.
In addition, when assigning foreign nationals, we work closely with the host company to ensure that foreign nationals can smoothly participate in their work.
Furthermore, we strive to provide courteous service when introducing customers to us, helping to build relationships of trust.
A certain day's schedule

Start of work
At the office, I check emails and schedules and plan my day.
Prepare the necessary documents and then get ready to go out.

Move to customer site
You will primarily travel to clients in your assigned area using a company vehicle.

Customer service and assignment support
You will visit clients and assigned locations to conduct interviews and follow up with staff.
We listen to the voices of those on the ground and share issues and provide support.

lunch
After finishing our morning visit, we had lunch at a nearby restaurant.
I take a break to refresh my mind and head off to work in the afternoon.

Clerical work at the sales office
I return to the sales office and compile a report on the details of my actions during the day.
This is the time to do administrative work, such as preparing for the next day's visit and organizing documents.

Return home after a day's work.
What made you decide to join the company?
My uncle grows rice, and I've been helping with the harvest and other tasks since I was a child. During that time, I often heard farmers around me complain about a lack of manpower, which sparked a desire to support local agriculture. This strong feeling that "I have to help," is what sparked my interest in this job.
Furthermore, my cousin runs a chicken farm, so my interest in agriculture in general naturally expanded.
What is the reward and joy of your job?
I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I see the foreign nationals I interviewed coming into the country and working hard at work. They make me feel positive and think, "I have to work harder too."
I also have many opportunities to visit various places on business trips, which gives me new experiences and encounters, which I think is one of the joys of this job.
What would you like to challenge yourself with in the future?
I have never been to any country other than Vietnam, so I would like to visit various countries in the future and learn about local conditions and cultures firsthand.
By actually visiting the site, I can understand the circumstances that bring foreign talent to Japan, which I believe will lead to more appropriate support. I also want to broaden my own perspective through experience in a variety of countries.
