Currently, I am working on preparing contracts and employment-related documents for temporary and directly employed staff. Accuracy and speed are required, but I find it rewarding to be able to support employees so that they can work in Japan with peace of mind.
Through my daily work, I work as a team member to ensure the smooth running of the company's operations.
A certain day's schedule

When I arrive at work, the first thing I do is check my email and respond to any messages or requests from temporary employees and staff.

What made you decide to join the company?
I had worked in human resources and labor-related fields for four years in my previous job, so I was looking for a workplace where I could make use of that experience.
During the interview, I got a strong sense from the president and other company members that they value each and every employee, and I decided to join the company because I felt that I could use my experience and grow with peace of mind. This feeling hasn't changed since I started working here, and I work every day with a sense of fulfillment.
What is the reward and joy of your job?
Document preparation may seem mundane at first glance, but by enforcing correct contracts and procedures, it plays an important role in protecting employees and the company.
Therefore, I feel a sense of responsibility in my daily work, and I find it rewarding to know that my work contributes to the peace of mind of the company and its employees.
What would you like to challenge yourself with in the future?
I would like to further utilize my experience to date to create a more efficient document creation system and work on improving internal operations. I would like to think of ways to make daily work go more smoothly and connect this to a more comfortable working environment for the entire team.
