Please tell me about your job

I act as an interpreter between the company and Vietnamese temporary and directly employed staff.

In addition to accurately explaining the work content and conveying instructions from the company, we also provide support in daily life and create an environment where employees can work with peace of mind. Through daily work, we are involved in ensuring smooth communication between employees and the company.

A certain day's schedule

9:00

Start of work

Check emails and chat with Vietnamese talent and organize your schedule for the day.

9:30

business

We will support Vietnamese talent in addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and ensure they can work with peace of mind.

12:00

lunch

I'm having lunch with my team members and refreshing myself.

13:00

business

Responsible for interviews, consultations, and consultations with Vietnamese personnel. Support for the documentation team (preparation of employment contracts and employment conditions documents, period renewals).

18:00

End of work

Once the work is done, I go home.

What made you decide to join the company?

When I came to Japan a year and a half ago, I was still getting used to the language and culture and faced many difficulties. I wanted to do a job that would help fellow Vietnamese people because I could understand the difficulties I had experienced.

During the interview, I felt the company had a warm atmosphere and the people were kind, and I thought I could grow in this environment, so I decided to join the company.

What is the reward and joy of your job?

I feel rewarded when my colleagues are able to work with peace of mind through my work as an interpreter. I especially feel glad to have this job when an employee who is not good at Japanese understands what I am saying and says "thank you," or when someone from the company says "you helped us out."

What would you like to challenge yourself with in the future?

I would like to improve my Japanese so that I can properly convey technical terms and subtle nuances.

I also want to hone my skills so that I can further contribute to creating an environment where temporary and directly employed staff can work with peace of mind through my work as an interpreter.

Please give a message to applicants

It's still my first year at the company, but the people around me are really kind and they support me carefully when I'm in trouble, so I can work with peace of mind. Even if you have no experience, as long as you are willing to work hard, you will gradually be able to do more and more, and it's an environment where you can feel your own growth.

I think this is the perfect workplace for people who are interested in working to support temporary and directly employed staff so that they can work with peace of mind.
